CCS Construction is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in the Greenville SC, area.



·         Provide support to Project Management team & Superintendents

·         Point of contact for Clients, Subcontractors, & Superintendents


Pre-Bid Tasks:
  • Bid invite process from invite to APM hands
    • Enter job in jobs to bid folder
    • Plans downloaded on server and printed from TPM
    • Folder set up on FTP server
    • All documents on clipboard
    • Download any revisions/addendums from invite to bid (APM owns still)
    • Submit bid/enter data to client
  • Check the bid list daily and notify the team each morning of bids due that day
  • Reach out to required subcontractors or trades where we are lacking in order to obtain bids prior to bid due date/time
  • Assist PM/APM with submitting revised bids & client Q&A’ s


  • Use diligence to collect completed QA forms and revised bids from identified subcontractors.  APM sends initial email and CC’ s Project Coordinator
  • Confirm contracts are received via phone call and email
  • Set up LL meeting and collect all required docs and fees
  • Review, sign, and send ATEC and Certificates of Insurance
  • Schedule Dumpsters
  • Set up storage containers / portable toilets if needed
  • Permit/Notice of Commencement: Complete all required docs and fees / get checks ready
  • CAD file from architect to FA and SPK Subs (CC APM)
  • Send job set up to accounting
  • Plans on Procore
  • Get all necessary job info on Procore (all team members in directory, add client info, architect info, etc.)
  • Print and shops, OFI, required docs, etc. for Super and upload to Procore
  • Print and Ship plans to Super (use Plans Express if possible)
  • Set up and send weekly report template to Super
  • Update 1st Power Point slide and plan snapshot
  • Send start up email to Subs (CC PM team)
  • Post project award, but before start, put key trades back to bid (as identified by PM/APM) and collect in a timely manner.


During Construction:
  • Setup job Client CO folder, once any CO is entered, move to “ Entered” folder
  • Enter and distribute all Sub CO’ s (to subs)
  • Enter and distribute client CO’ s to Toolbox and Procore (APM will ensure all info is provided prior)
  • Confirm with architect revisions sent to office and jobsite
  • Enter, assign, and distribute punch list via Procore
  • OFI Materials Ordering - MOM tab and shorted/damaged (transition role)


Post Construction:
  • Security deposit reimbursement, if necessary
  • Obtain CofO/CofC: client, records
  • Confirm all CO’ s entered to client, then sign CO log and other client docs
  • Confirm As-Builts with Super, then send/confirm with architect and client
  • Collect and send close out docs to client
    • Permits
    • CofC
    • As-Builts
    • Inspections
    • Any client-specific documents
    • Signed punchlist from client
  • Work with APM and Administrative Assistant as needed to review warranty / maintenance requests, and locate original subcontractor, or other qualified Superintendent or Technician to remedy the deficient item(s) in a timely manner.
