We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to run the day to day electrical site operations for a local contractor in Charleston, SC.  This is a direct hire, full time opportunity.

Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial, industrial and residential electrical construction industry.


-Must be able to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy, perform a variety of duties which may change often. 

-Must use reason and logic, perform arithmetical operations rapidly and accurately

-Is accountable for work layout, leading and working along with a crew, and assuring that materials, tools equipment, and information are on the job site in the proper places, ahead of time.

-Monitor and control, by review and verification, all paperwork related to assigned jobs and/or work orders, but not limited to: Time Sheets, Production Reports, Foreman' s Weekly Report, Receiving Reports, Field Purchase Orders, and two week look aheads.

-Attend weekly meeting conducted by the Division Manager, or person designated by the Division Manager, to review the information and discuss upcoming workload.

-Preparation and bidding of assigned jobs and work orders.

-Monitor and control estimating including, but not limited to, the following:

-Review and approve estimates and design/build projects within authorized limits.

-Monitor, control and verify productivity of assigned jobs/work orders.

-Check to see that assigned jobs/work orders are being done in the most efficient and economical manner.

-Check jobs periodically to assure that the workers are starting and quitting work on time.



-Must have electrical and construction management both on site and in office experience.
